Living a New Day
L.A.N.D. Survivorship Program
L.A.N.D – Living a New Day, A New Norm is a guided program that offers you a step-by-step process, paired with knowledge and skills to create positive outcomes for living a sustainable future. It is based on the premise that life after a cancer diagnosis is simply different, and you can not only survive but thrive in the new norm.
Who is the program for?
-
The program is designed to be used by a variety of populations:
-
For women who have completed their initial treatment for cancer
-
For women who will be in long-term treatment
-
For women in transition seeking a new direction and purpose in life.
How it works
Our small group sessions meet weekly for eight 90-minute sessions. The sessions are designed to build upon each other using exercises assigned between sessions. This provides a step-by-step approach to learning the new skills, and adding the new routines into our daily lives.
